At Hand Stretched Out Love Charity Initiative (HSL), we are driven by a deep sense of compassion and a firm belief that every woman and child deserves access to basic health, nutrition, and dignity. Our causes are centered around addressing critical challenges affecting vulnerable groups — particularly pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children in underserved communities.
